Your enquiry. Your information.
UK GDPR privacy notice for the Prestige ID Ltd corporate website.
Data controller and contact details
Prestige ID Ltd (company number 14783974), a private limited company registered in England and Wales with its registered office at Windsor House, 13 Wesley Avenue, London, England, E16 1SZ, is the data controller for personal data processed in connection with this corporate website and company enquiries.
Prestige ID Ltd uses the authorised mailbox support@eventsuite.pro for general company, product, custom development, legal and privacy correspondence (Event Suite is part of Prestige ID Ltd’s proprietary product portfolio; using an eventsuite.pro email address does not make Event Suite a separate data controller). For privacy enquiries or to exercise your data protection rights, contact support@eventsuite.pro or write to our registered office.
How the website enquiry form works
The contact form on this website asks for your name, email address, business or organisation, enquiry type, product of interest and message. The form runs entirely in your browser to prepare an email draft in your own email application (or a copyable text block) addressed to support@eventsuite.pro. This website does not transmit, submit or store form entries on a website database or backend server.
Personal data from an enquiry is only received by Prestige ID Ltd if and when you choose to send that email from your email client or email support@eventsuite.pro directly. Please do not include passwords, payment card details or sensitive special-category data in an initial enquiry.
What personal data we process and why
When you send an email enquiry or correspond with us, we process your name, email address, organisation details and the contents of your correspondence to respond to your enquiry, discuss potential products or custom development work, and take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract. Under the UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018 and the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025, our lawful bases are taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) UK GDPR) and our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and managing commercial communications (Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR). Where we are required to retain records for statutory, accounting or legal purposes, our lawful basis is compliance with a legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c) UK GDPR).
Technical and hosting data
When you visit this website, our hosting and content-delivery infrastructure (Vercel Inc.) processes standard technical request metadata — including IP address, requested URL, timestamp, HTTP status, user-agent and referrer headers — strictly as necessary to deliver the static pages, maintain security and prevent abuse. Website typography (DM Sans and Manrope) is self-hosted directly from this domain so your browser does not need to make external font requests when loading pages. Our lawful basis for this technical processing is our legitimate interest in operating, securing and delivering our corporate website (Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR). This website does not use marketing analytics, profiling or advertising trackers.
Recipients and international transfers
We do not sell your personal data. Technical website delivery is provided by Vercel Inc., and correspondence sent to support@eventsuite.pro is routed and stored using our business email infrastructure. Where website delivery or email routing involves infrastructure outside the United Kingdom, processing is carried out under the relevant service provider’s standard data-protection terms and applicable UK international transfer mechanisms.
Data retention
Because the website form does not store entries on a web server, unsent form inputs remain only in your browser until you close or refresh the page. Where you send us an email enquiry, we retain business correspondence for as long as necessary to address your enquiry, manage any resulting commercial relationship, and meet applicable UK statutory, tax, accounting or legal-claim limitation periods, after which routine correspondence is deleted or archived in accordance with our business records practices.
Your rights and complaints
Under UK data protection law, you have the right to request access to your personal data, rectification of inaccurate data, erasure of your data, restriction of processing, data portability (where applicable), and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. To exercise any of these rights or raise a privacy concern, contact support@eventsuite.pro.
Under the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025 and UK GDPR, we encourage you to contact us first so we can address any data protection complaint directly. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or by telephone on 0303 123 1113.
